Preacher's Note:
We humans, as a species are found to be the smartest animal of all kingdoms of living things,
we are known for being able to work through problems and come up with solutions...we learn from our mistakes and adapt,
that's why we are at the top of the food chain.

But for the life of me, I can not understand how these people could show up to a show, bring horses as example below up to
The Designated Qualifying Person's Station or onto the show grounds and THINK that they could get these horses pass  inspection into the show arena

These photos were released by The USDA of "Gots to be the Dumbest People in this business".
These were the violations in 2009...

After the lines were drawn, Clinic after Clinic explaining what would pass and what would not, Demonstration after Demonstration of
what is acceptable and what is not...the tens of thousands of dollars spent by The USDA to educate us and prepare us for what's coming.....
To me its like getting the answers to an open book exam  ...AND STILL flunkin the stupid thang!....

These people STILL thought that these horses would pass muster.
I am glad these horses however, may get another chance to be treated better after their trainers and owners
were told in no uncertain terms that this was unacceptable.

I am posting 25 out of 78 pictures from The USDA, the rest of them can be found along with very explicit explanations,
diagrams, tools and clear and understandable rules on the subject at this link;

I know this is frustrating to many as to why and how this is still going on, the why is still a mystery, but the HOW can be answered by
knowing that there are dedicated folks out there working everyday to stop this, so the cheaters are not getting away with anything, it's just that this disease, is
Chronic and chronic things require a extended course of action to be eradicated. So again, I urge you to support these actions and don't give up
hope that we will get to as they say "The Bottom" of this problem and get a firm grip in controlling it...The Bubonic Plague was just an example of identifying a
problem and working on a solution and then preventing it from ever happening again on such a devastating level.
